Our History
Berger, Elliott & Pritchard CPAs, L.L.C. was established in 2019 with the merger of Berger and O’Toole CPAs, L.L.C. and Boyle, Hess & Elliott CPAs, P.C.
Boyle, Hess & Elliott CPAs, P.C. operated from 1974–2018, founded by Bill Boyle, Harry Hess, and John Elliott, serving the Omaha metropolitan area for more than 40 years. Berger and O’Toole CPAs, L.L.C. operated from 1997–2018, founded by Robert H. Berger and Dennis O’Toole, carrying forward the same tradition of client-focused service.
Since 2019, Berger, Elliott & Pritchard has grown steadily, adding partners and staff while broadening the range of services offered to individuals, businesses, and organizations. The firm continues to honor its legacy by combining personalized attention with the expertise and resources of a larger practice.
